All items are made to order.

Custom made jewellery cannot be returned.

If you have made a mistake or you have changed your mind and wish to exchange your order, you must send it back without it being worn and with its original packaging within 14 days.

Once I have received the jewellery I will need to check it and make sure everything is ok before sending your new order.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your jewellery and for the new order to be sent back to you.
