Terms of service

All orders from Katiuska’s Couture are shipped worldwide via registered mail.

Produce ordered from this website is shipped subject to availability.

If you make an order and the item is no longer in stock I reserve the right to ship at a later date. In this situation you will be contacted straight away and will be given the option of a full refund or you have the option to receive the item at a later date.

All items are made to order and are made between 7-10 working days of purchase (Monday-Friday) unless stated otherwise.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way. If you do not receive this email please notify me and I will send it over to you again.

I have listed the estimated transit times for shipment around the world:

Portugal: 2-3 working days (unless stated otherwise)

Europe: 7-21 working days (unless stated otherwise)

Rest of the World: 15-30 working days (unless stated otherwise)

Please bare in mind that purchases made outside of Portugal will be taken through customs which can sometimes take a little bit longer.

If you have provided the wrong address and the parcel has been sent back to me, you will be required to pay the postage cost for it to be sent back to you.
